Job Description:

• Responsible to collect the cash from customer coming to the counter
• Maintain a proper record of cash transactions in the software.
• Ensure that his/her specified counter is neat and clear at all times.
• Ensure his/her ease of access to incoming customers.
• Always keep a smiling face and greet each customer politely.
• Ensure that each and every customer entering the facility is properly entertained.
• Good and motivating personality
• Properly deal the customer coming up to the counter and answer their questions/queries in a proper manner. Guide them about various games in the facility, packages, etc.
• Responsible to address any cash issue raised by customers on immediate basis.
• Counter representative is held responsible for safekeeping of cash.
• Responsible for daily cash reconciliation.
