Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Engineering to join our team. This role is pivotal in overseeing the technical operations, maintenance, and safety of all amusement park rides and attractions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and excellent leadership skills.

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Engineering to join our team. This role is pivotal in overseeing the technical operations, maintenance, and safety of all amusement park rides and attractions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and excellent leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the engineering team, ensuring high performance and professional development.
- Maintenance Oversight: Oversee the maintenance and repair of all rides and attractions to ensure safety and operational efficiency.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure all technical operations comply with safety standards and regulations.
- Project Management: Manage engineering projects, including upgrades and new installations, from conception to completion.
- Problem Solving: Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for equipment maintenance and repairs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, mechatronics or a related Engineering field.
- 4-5 years of experience in engineering, with at least 3 years in lead role.
- Experience in the amusement park or entertainment industry is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of safety standards and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
