Job Title: Textile Export Market Head
Department: Export Sales
Location: Karachi, Pakistan
Reports to: Managing Director

Job Summary:
The Textile Export Market Head will be responsible for leading and expanding the company’s textile exports to international markets. This role involves strategic planning, business development, and managing relationships with key international clients. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in textile export sales, deep knowledge of global market trends, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth in the textile sector.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the company’s presence in international markets.
  • Analyze global market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for expansion.
  • Set and achieve export sales targets, ensuring alignment with the company's overall business goals.
  • Business Development:
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities in target markets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with international distributors, agents, and key clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale with international customers and partners.
  • Market Research and Analysis:
  • Conduct market research to identify potential markets for textile products.
  • Monitor and analyze export sales performance, adjusting strategies to optimize results.
  • Stay updated on international trade regulations, tariffs, and compliance requirements.
  • Operational Management:
  • Oversee the entire export process, from order placement to delivery, ensuring compliance with international trade laws.
  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and quality control teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of products.
  • Manage export documentation, customs clearance, and other logistical aspects of international sales.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Lead and mentor a team of export sales professionals.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team performance.
  • Foster a collaborative and results-driven team environment.
  • Financial Management:
  • Manage export budgets, forecast revenue, and control expenses.
  • Ensure profitability of export operations through effective cost management and pricing strategies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Textile Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in export sales within the textile industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of achieving export sales targets and expanding into new markets.
  • Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, export documentation, and logistics.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team, with strong project management skills.
  • Proficiency in using export management software and tools.
Preferred Skills:
  • Fluency in multiple languages is an asset.
  • Extensive network within the textile industry and international markets.
  • Experience with digital marketing and e-commerce platforms for international sales.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs1.00 - Rs2.00 per month
