Location : Crumble (Rawalpindi and Islamabad branches)
Shift Timing: 4 PM to 12 AM (1 day off during weekdays from Monday to Thursday)
Job Summary: We are seeking a vigilant and detail-oriented CCTV Operator to oversee the surveillance of our Rawalpindi and Islamabad branches. The ideal candidate will monitor live feeds, identify suspicious activities involving both customers and employees, and coordinate with the call center regarding orders and any security issues.
Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor CCTV footage for all four branches of Crumble, focusing on both customer and employee interactions.
• Identify and report any suspicious activities or behavior promptly.
• Collaborate with the call center to address orders and issues, utilizing CCTV for verification and support.
• Maintain detailed records of incidents and observations for future reference.
• Ensure that all surveillance equipment is functioning properly and report any malfunctions immediately.
• Participate in regular security meetings and contribute to enhancing security protocols.

Qualifications:

• Minimum: Intermediate Degree
• Previous experience as a CCTV Operator or in a similar security role preferred.
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and other departments.
• Basic knowledge of CCTV systems and security procedures.
• Flexible to work evening shifts and adjust to changing priorities.
