Chinese-Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chinese, Business Development Manager to expand and manage business opportunities in both Pakistan & China. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and possess deep knowledge of the market, with a proven track record in business development, sales, and strategic partnerships.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to drive growth in the Chinese Corporates in Pakistan ( Chinese Companies)
Identify, evaluate, and establish strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including government entities, corporations, and research institutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in China.
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and negotiations to potential partners and clients.
Monitor and report on business development performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve targets.
Stay informed about regulatory requirements and ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
Skills/Abilities:
Fluency in English, with exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Strong understanding of the Chinese market, business culture, and regulatory environment.
Proven ability to develop and execute successful business development strategies.
Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Demonstrated success in achieving business growth and establishing strong partnerships.
Experience in a high-growth technology company or startup environment is highly desirable.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
