Position Summary:
The Cleaner will be responsible for office and work site cleaning on a regular basis.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for cleaning office.
- Responsible to ensure proper dusting and cleanness of office furniture, chairs, desk, table, and window
- Manage stocks of office (toilet tissues, cleaning products,) and request logistic department when needed.
- Report to the Admin for need for new supplies, missing/damaged items or any repairs required
- Wash cleaning clothes for office on regular basis (do not mix with normal clothes)
- Basic Primary School Education.
- At least 1-2 Year field level experience in House keeping
- Good level of spoken and written Sindhi and local languages.
- Excellent skills in organizing workflow, capacity to follow protocols and take own initiative.
- Excellent ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to work in an environment where there are physical discomforts associated with change in weather or discomforts associated with noise, dust or dirt.
- Ability and willingness to autonomously travel to duty site and villages when required.
- Willingness and capacity to be flexible and accommodating when faced with difficult and frustrating working conditions like long distance walking to work/distribution sites.
- Excellent spoken and written local language Sindhi and Urdu
