Minimum Bachelor's degree in finance, marketing, business, economics, or a related field.
Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) will be preferred

Role Overview:
We are seeking a driven and energetic Client Service Representative to join our growing team. You will be the first point of contact for our valued clients, providing exceptional service and ensuring their satisfaction. This is a fast-paced environment where you will thrive on building relationships and exceeding client expectations.
Job Responsibilities:
· Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in both Urdu and English
· Proactively identify and resolve client issues in a timely and professional manner
· Provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients regarding our services
· Stay informed on market trends to communicate their impact on client portfolios
· Build and maintain positive relationships with clients
· Document all client interactions and maintain accurate records
· Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team
· Contribute to a positive and energetic team environment
· Uphold company policies and procedures
Competencies Required:
· Minimum 2 years of experience in business, marketing or related fields
· Fluency in Urdu and English (written and verbal)
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Strong telephone etiquette with a clear, pleasant, and energetic voice
· Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· A positive and professional demeanor
· Understanding of financial markets concepts
