Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and create engaging content for various platforms, including website, social media, blogs, newsletters, and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing goals.
- Conduct research on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform content strategy.
- Write clear, concise, and persuasive copy that resonates with target audiences.
- Edit and proofread content for accuracy, grammar, and style.
- Assist in the development and execution of content marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest content marketing trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in content creation, copywriting, or a similar role.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and content optimization techniques.
- Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS) and social media platforms.
- Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus.
