We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Custom Word Press Developer with strong skills in Shopify, Word Press, and PHP to join our dynamic team.
Job Summary: The Custom Word Press Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining custom Word Press websites and e-commerce solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Word Press and Shopify platforms, as well as strong PHP skills. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a passion for creating high-performance websites, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members.
Key Responsibilities:

• Custom Word Press Development:
• Design, develop, and maintain custom Word Press themes and plugins to meet client specifications.
• Implement responsive design principles to ensure websites are optimized for various devices and screen sizes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Word Press sites, including performance, security, and functionality.
• Shopify Development:
• Customize and enhance Shopify themes and apps to provide tailored e-commerce solutions.
• Develop custom features and functionalities for Shopify stores to improve user experience and drive sales.
• Integrate third-party tools and services with Shopify, such as payment gateways and shipping providers.
• PHP Development:
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented PHP code to support custom features and functionalities.
• Develop and integrate APIs and other backend solutions to enhance website capabilities.
• Ensure compatibility with various PHP versions and server environments.
• Collaboration & Communication:
• Work closely with project managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality web solutions.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and provide technical guidance.
• Provide recommendations for website improvements and best practices in web development.
• Testing & Optimization:
• Conduct thorough testing of websites and applications to ensure functionality, performance, and security.
• Optimize website performance, including load times and SEO, to enhance user experience and search engine ranking.
• Monitor and maintain websites post-launch to ensure ongoing performance and reliability.
• Continuous Learning:
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in web development, Word Press, Shopify, and PHP.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to continuously enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in custom Word Press development, including theme and plugin development.
• Strong expertise in Shopify development, including theme customization and app integration.
• Proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, Java Script, and related web technologies.
• Experience with front-end frameworks and libraries (e.g., Bootstrap, j Query) is a plus.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and development workflows.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
