Job Summary: The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing and growing our social media accounts, driving organic engagement, and generating leads through strategic social media campaigns. This role requires a strong understanding of social media trends, content creation, lead generation, and social media advertising. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with proven experience in social media marketing and a track record of delivering results.

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month

Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management:
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to align with business goals and drive engagement.
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Linked In).
- Monitor and respond to social media interactions, maintaining a positive brand presence.
- Organic Growth:
- Drive organic growth by optimizing content, leveraging hashtags, and engaging with followers to build a community.
- Analyze social media performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Conduct social media audits to assess effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
- Lead Generation:
- Implement strategies to generate high-quality leads through social media channels.
- Develop and execute lead generation campaigns that drive traffic and convert leads into customers.
- Social Media Advertising:
- Plan, create, and manage social media ad campaigns across platforms, including Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Linked In Ads, and others.
- Monitor ad performance, analyze results, and optimize campaigns to achieve desired outcomes.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align ad strategies with overall marketing goals.
- Market Research & Trends:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging social media platforms, and best practices.
- Conduct market research to understand target audience preferences and competitor strategies.
- Reporting & Analytics:
- Track, analyze, and report on social media metrics and campaign performance.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data to enhance social media strategies and achieve KPIs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role with a strong portfolio of successful social media campaigns.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, tools, and analytics (e.g., Facebook Business Manager, Instagram Insights, Google Analytics).
- Hands-on experience with social media advertising and lead generation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative approach to content creation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
