Job Description: We are seeking a Customer Order Confirmation Specialist who will be responsible for calling customers to confirm their orders. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be fluent in both Urdu and English.
Key Responsibilities:

• Call customers to confirm orders placed on our Shopify store.
• Verify customer details and order information.
• Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns.
• Update order status and customer information in the system.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth order processing.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Urdu and English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency.
• Experience with customer service is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
