Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Customer Recovery Representative (Female) to resolve customer complaints, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and a strong problem-solving ability.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle customer complaints, concerns, and issues via phone, email, and in-person.
2. Resolve issues promptly, fairly, and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
3. Conduct thorough investigations into customer complaints.
4. Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations) to resolve issues.
5. Develop and implement effective recovery strategies to retain customers.
6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
7. Identify and escalate recurring issues to management.
8. Provide feedback to improve customer service processes.
9. Achieve customer recovery targets and performance metrics.
10. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
1. Female candidate only.
2. Bachelor's degree
3. 2+ years of experience in customer service/recovery role.
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
5. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
6. Strong empathy and conflict resolution skills.
7. Basic knowledge in MS Office and CRM software.
8. Familiarity with Pakistani real estate industry (preferable).
9. Fluency in Urdu and English.
