We are a proud channel partner of Etisalat or Du, the leading telecom service provider in the UAE, with our head office based in Dubai. Currently, we are expanding our team and are actively seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Sales Support Executive at our Karachi, Pakistan office.
As a Sales & Verification your key responsibilities will include:

• Product Verification Calls: Reach out to existing customers to ensure product verification.
• Sales Staff Support: Address and resolve issues raised by the Sales staff via phone calls.
• Daily Sales Reports: Prepare comprehensive daily sales reports to track team performance.
• Sales Goal Oversight: Monitor salespersons' progress towards goals and provide necessary support.
• Sales Target Focus: Keep a keen eye on sales targets, raising red flags if targets are at risk.
• Data Provision: Supply sales teams with necessary data and reports to enhance performance.
• Escalation of Complaints: Ensure timely escalation of customer complaints to the service provider.
• Customer Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and efficiently.
• Administrative Tasks: Undertake essential administrative work, including filing reports and presenting necessary documents to the sales team.

Requirement:

• Proven experience in sales support or a similar role.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good in Excel
