Customer Sales Representative & Dispatcher

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver Outstanding Service: Provide friendly and professional assistance through phone, email, and in-person interactions, leaving every customer with a positive impression.
Become a Product Guru: Master our products, services, and company policies to offer accurate and helpful information, addressing customer questions and concerns with confidence.
Streamline Customer Orders: Efficiently assist with order placement, tracking, cancellations, and returns, ensuring every transaction is handled with precision.
Collaborate for Success: Work closely with team members to resolve issues and enhance the customer experience, fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment.
Keep Records Spot-On: Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system, ensuring all details are accurate and up-to-date.
Grow with Us: Participate in engaging training programs and workshops to enhance your skills, knowledge, and problem-solving abilities.
Coordinate Across Departments: Partner with sales, marketing, and logistics teams to fulfill customer requests and gather valuable feedback.
Support Administrative Tasks: Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining customer databases, contributing to the smooth operation of our office.
Qualifications:
Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent is required; a college degree or relevant certification is a plus.
Outstanding English Communication: Exceptional spoken and written English skills are essential. You should be able to articulate ideas clearly and effectively, and handle complex customer interactions with confidence and professionalism.
Attention to Detail: Demonstrate strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Tech-Savvy: Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software or similar tools are preferred.
Team Player: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively to achieve team goals.

Transportation available for Females
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
