Position Overview:
Dahan Consultants Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team for a USA-based campaign. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be customer-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role requires engaging with customers in the United States, resolving queries, and providing outstanding service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers in the USA to address inquiries, complaints, and product or service-related concerns.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools.
- Resolve customer complaints through careful investigation and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a clear and concise manner.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and confirm their satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with other departments (such as sales and technical support) to ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently.
- Identify customer needs and assist in upselling relevant products and services as necessary.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and campaign details to provide customers with the most relevant information.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (fluent/native level required).
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role, preferably for USA-based campaigns.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is a plus.
- Must be willing to work in USA time zones (night shifts or flexible hours may be required).
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Pay: Rs20,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
