Customer Service Representative (Female)

Reports to: Customer Service Manager
Job Summary: The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for providing exceptional service to customers by handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and processing orders efficiently. The CSR acts as a liaison between customers and the company, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person promptly and courteously.
- Issue Resolution: Handle and resolve customer complaints, escalating issues when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Order Processing: Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
- Record Keeping: Update and maintain customer records in the company’s database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Feedback Collection: Gather and document customer feedback to improve service quality and customer experience.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as Sales, Marketing, and Technical Support, to address customer needs and improve service delivery.
- Compliance: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all interactions.
- Education: At Least BA/BSc or Graaduation
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service or related field is an advantage.
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in using customer service software, databases, and tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric attitude.
