Education & Experience Required:

• Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree.
• 6 months to 1 year experience as CSR with good English communication skills.

Skills Required:

• Must have excellent English FLUENT communication skills.
• Receiving incoming customer calls and doing outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Promote products or services to potential customers.
• Update and maintain CRM databases,
• Achieve or exceed sales quotas and target.
• excellent English communication skills

Job Timings: US EST. TIME ZONE: 08:30AM - 05:30PM / PAK TIME: 5:30PM to 2:30AM
