Currently we are looking for the post of “Customer Support Executive” for our AV Division (Karachi).
Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding audio-visual products, services, and technical issues.
• Coordinate with clients to promptly resolve issues and provide updates on installation progress and support matters.
• Manage installation and delivery coordination, ensuring timely execution of services.
• Oversee the collection of delivery challans and coordinate payment follow-ups with clients.
• Responsible for replying to client emails regarding installation progress and support issues.
• Coordinate with finance and store teams for the arrangement of invoices and goods.
• Provide necessary details to finance for generating delivery orders and invoices.
• Work with the store to issue goods for delivery and demonstrations.
• Maintain a daily update of pending tasks, including new support scopes of work.
• Forward support calls to the relevant department after checking warranty status.
• Follow up with the team for updates on the status of complaints and resolutions.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
