We are looking for Sales Agent for our Early Morning Shift, from 3 AM to 12 PM Pakistan Time.
Job description:

• · Excellent command of English Grammar and efficient typing skills
• · Responsible for taking inbound and closing inbound sales calls.
• Responsible for outbound calling
• · Ability to convince customers on retaining his/her order
• · Familiar with CRM systems and practices.
• · Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, Live Chat, or social media
• · Greet customers warmly and ascertain the problem or reason for calling.
• · Assist with the placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.
• · Your job is to answer incoming calls, make outbound calls, email replies on tickets and handle live chats efficiently.

Requirements:
· Competitive, positive, humble energetic, enthusiastic, forward-thinking, and ambitious.
2+ year of experience in an International call center as Sales Closer
· Minimum Graduation
· Should be a good customer service worker who knows how to deal with potential customers
