Data Entry Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting data into our system, maintaining databases, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of all information. The role requires speed, accuracy, and a high level of attention to detail to ensure that all data is correctly entered and maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately input, update, and maintain data in various databases and systems.
- Verify and correct data where necessary to ensure accuracy.
- Organize and maintain files and records for efficient retrieval.
- Review data for discrepancies or errors and resolve any issues.
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the timely completion of tasks.
- Perform routine data backups to ensure data security.
- Follow procedures for efficient data entry and document management.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Data Entry or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry, with excellent typing speed and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and data entry software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with administrative procedures is an advantage.
Salary: 25000 to 30000
