Key Responsibilities:
- Create a strategic vision and manage strategic planning processes aligned with broader HFAD strategic goals.
- Provide transformative leadership and advocacy for the HFAD.
- Provide leadership to initiatives that foster and enhance inclusive excellence, multicultural and global competence in the school.
- Represent university to the state university system and to the community at the local, regional, national, and international levels.
- Identify, attract, and strategically manage financial resources for school.
- Provide internal leadership and mentorship to department chairs, faculty, staff, and students.
- Oversee the branding and marketing efforts of school to enhance HFAD's visibility and reputation.
- Responsible for development and promotion of strategic direction of research within the school to ensure that academic research is conducted in accordance with international standards.
- Responsible for overall planning, development, renewal and changing of academic programmes to ensure meaningful academic outcomes, quality, effectiveness and financial viability, and obtain the necessary approval of the Top Management.
- Have a doctorate degree in Fine Arts
- 10-15 years of senior level administrative experience at an educational institute with substantial academic experience as Professor preferably for children with hearing impairments.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Passionate about making a difference in the lives of students with special needs.
