Deputy Manager - HRBP

· Consult with management and stakeholders to provide HR policy guidance and interpretation. Partner with management and employees to communicate various HR policies, procedures, protocols, laws, and industry standards.
· Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, protocols, and ensure consistent practice. Maintains all grievances and disciplinary cases thorough by conductive objective investigations and keep records for pan Pakistan and ensuring regulatory compliance.
· Manages orientations for pan Pakistan new joiners, brief new joiners for HR policies, procedures and company culture.
· Acts as the point of contact for management and business heads for Pan Pakistan capacity planning and to proceed it further.
· Assist HR Head in conducting HR coffee meets and cadre employees’ concerns, feedbacks and their queries to provide best possible support.
· Responsible for sourcing, shortlisting, and calling candidates to schedule Interviews with management for grade 4 and above position.
· Provide 100% HR data to compliance team to meet audit requirements for internal and VFS audits. Also implement advised changes and SOPs within given timelines.
· Pan Pakistan POC for Compliance Reports, Exit interview analysis, Probation Evaluations Orientations, JDs, and Coded version of policies.
· Collaborate with key business stakeholders to introduce relevant and specific graduate programs (BBA/BPA/BS Trainee) to develop fresh talent pipeline.
· Monitor end to end recruitment process to keep tab on vacant positions that they’re being filled in timely manner.
· Supervising all aspects of HR Operations in central & north region (Leave, Insurance, Compliance, Travel, Payroll & General HR Issues, Fn F, Employment Letters, Manual Salaries, Allowances, GBS, Time Trax)
Experience & Skills:
· 4-5 years of experience in similar domain
· Proficient Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point
· Should be aware Time Trax, HCM, HRIS, Oracle
· Problem Solving, Analytical Skills, Management Skills
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Education & Qualifications: * BBA/MBA Majors in HR /MHRM
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs170,000.00 per month
