Position: Digital Marketer
Basic Salary Range: PKR 80,000 to 120,000 per month
Incentives: Additional incentives upon achieving cumulative targets and maintaining a strong Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), with potential adjustments based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Digital Marketer, your role will involve:

• Content Creation and Management: Developing and managing engaging content across social media channels.
• Social Media Strategy: Formulating and executing strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
• SEO and SEM: Implementing SEO best practices and managing search engine marketing campaigns.
• Analytics and Reporting: Tracking and analyzing campaign performance to refine strategies.
• Email Marketing: Creating and monitoring email campaigns to boost customer engagement.
• Advertising Campaigns: Planning, executing, and optimizing digital ads on platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram), and other social media platforms.
• Meta AI Ads: Utilizing Meta's AI-powered advertising tools to optimize campaign performance, targeting, and audience segmentation for better results.
• Market Trends: Staying updated with digital marketing trends to ensure our strategies remain competitive and innovative.

Office Timings:
Work Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 am to 7:00 pm
Performance and Incentives:
Meeting your cumulative performance targets and maintaining a high ROAS will qualify you for the stated incentives, with the potential for further adjustments based on performance metrics.
