Role Overview:
The Senior Web Developer will be responsible for designing, coding, and modifying websites and applications, from layout to function, according to project specifications. You will ensure a seamless user experience by implementing the best development practices, optimizing performance, and integrating new technologies.
Key Responsibilities:

• Web Development: Develop and maintain responsive, high-performance web applications and websites using modern web development technologies.
• Code Review: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while ensuring adherence to industry best practices and coding standards.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and QA teams, to deliver high-quality products.
• Troubleshooting: Identify, debug, and resolve performance issues, bugs, and other technical challenges.
• Optimization: Optimize applications for speed and scalability to enhance user experience.
• Technology Leadership: Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Mentorship: Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the team.
• Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for development processes and projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in web development, with a strong focus on front-end and back-end technologies.
• Technical Proficiency:
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, Java Script, and modern frameworks/libraries such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Strong knowledge of server-side languages such as Node.js, PHP, Python, or Ruby on Rails.
• Experience with database systems like My SQL, Postgre SQL, or Mongo DB.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, third-party integrations, and microservices architecture.
• Excellent understanding of cross-browser compatibility, security principles, and web standards.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Proficiency in Dev Ops practices, including CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with UI/UX principles.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces.
