We are a dynamic and innovative digital marketing agency, helping businesses grow through effective online marketing strategies. As we expand, we are looking for a skilled business developer to join our team remotely from Pakistan.
Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the digital marketing space.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored marketing solutions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop proposals, presentations, and strategies for potential clients.
• Meet and exceed business development targets and KPIs.
• Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and strategies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, etc.).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• A strong network of potential clients is a plus.

What We Offer:

• Salary range from 30,000 to 80,000 PKR, depending on experience and performance.
• 15% bonus of the first month's invoice for each client secured, and 2.5% per month from the 2nd month onward, as long as the client continues to pay.
• Secure 5 clients per month and earn an additional 10% bonus.
• We will provide all the necessary tools and resources for success.
• Flexible working hours, allowing you to complete your 8-hour shift at your own pace throughout the day.
• First 3 months probation period, with a salary increase based on performance and outcomes.
