**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Campaign Management:**
Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
- **Strategy Development:**
Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with business goals and enhance brand visibility.
- **Team Leadership:**
Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- **Performance Analysis:**
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools to ensure objectives are met and identify areas for improvement.
- **Market Research:**
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to inform strategic decisions.
- **Budget Management:**
Oversee digital marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns.
- Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and web analytics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
