Job Description:
Emirates Talent Solution seeks an experienced Digital Marketing Head to lead profit-oriented digital marketing strategies within the property development and real estate sectors. This role requires a seasoned professional with expertise in digital marketing, creative content, and web development integration to drive revenue and enhance brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive, profit-driven digital marketing strategies across SEO, PPC, social media, email, and content marketing.
- Profit Center Management: Oversee budget management and optimize marketing efforts to achieve profit targets.
- Creative & Multimedia Oversight: Manage graphic design, video editing, and animation projects, delivering engaging multimedia content for brand visibility.
- Campaign & Advertising Management: Optimize Google Ads and social media ad campaigns to drive traffic, generate leads, and increase overall profitability.
- Web Development Collaboration: Coordinate with web development teams to align digital marketing strategies with website functionality, ensuring effective user experience and integration.
- Data-Driven Strategy: Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and campaign performance, making data-informed adjustments to achieve business goals.
- Content Development: Oversee the creation of targeted content, including blogs, infographics, and videos tailored for real estate audiences.
- Trend Analysis & Adaptation: Stay current with the latest digital marketing and web development tools, refining strategies to remain competitive.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in digital marketing, with a track record of managing profit-driven campaigns and achieving revenue goals.
- Creative & Technical Proficiency: Proven skills in graphic design, video editing, and animation, alongside solid knowledge of web development principles and content management systems (CMS).
- Platform Expertise: Proficiency in Google Ads, social media advertising platforms, analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and website optimization.
- Industry Background: Experience in marketing agencies and the property development or real estate industry.
- Global Perspective: International marketing experience, understanding global strategies.
- Analytical & Leadership Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, paired with communication and leadership skills to work across teams.
- Degree: Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
