Role Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Headmaster/ Headmistress to lead our team at the Hamza Foundation Academy for the Deaf. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Special Needs Education, particularly in working with students who are deaf or hard of hearing. This is a leadership role that requires dedication, strong communication skills, and the ability to inspire and manage a team of educators.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the daily operations of the academy and ensure a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for all students.
* Lead and support the teaching staff in delivering high-quality education tailored to the needs of deaf students.
* Develop and implement educational programs that meet the unique learning requirements of children with hearing impairments.
* Foster strong relationships with students, parents, staff, and the broader community. • Monitor and evaluate academic progress and ensure continuous improvement in teaching standards.
* Collaborate with other departments and ensure smooth administration and coordination with support staff.
Requirements:
* BS/Master's degree (16 years of education) in Special Needs Education or a related field with major in HIC.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience working in an educational setting, with experience in special education, preferably for children with hearing impairments.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Passionate about making a difference in the lives of students with special needs.

* Must know Pakistan Sign Language
