Position: Senior Content/Script Writer

Responsibilities:
Develop engaging and informative written content for various formats, including blogs, articles, scripts, and infographics focused on real estate, finance, and global conditions.
Conduct thorough research to ensure accuracy and relevance in all content pieces, incorporating data and insights from credible sources and current market trends.
Create compelling narratives for video content, ensuring scripts are engaging and tailored to target audiences while integrating trending topics and innovative storytelling techniques.
Collaborate with marketing teams to produce content that aligns with brand strategy and goals, ensuring it reflects the latest digital marketing trends and audience preferences.
Write case studies that showcase industry trends, success stories, and real estate and finance insights, adapting to shifts in market dynamics and consumer behavior.
Develop content for podcasts, including scripting and topic creativity, focusing on trending discussions within the industry to enhance audience engagement.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging topics, and current events to create timely and relevant content that resonates with audiences.
Requirements:
Minimum 5-10 years of experience in content writing, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse writing styles and topics.
Proven experience in writing for real estate, finance, or related industries.
Exceptional research skills and the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, engaging content.
Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices to optimize content for search engines, including awareness of current algorithm updates and search trends.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience in creating infographics and visual content, as well as familiarity with podcasting formats.
Education:
Master’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
