Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in managing online marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Google Ads, and PPC marketing. With at least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, particularly targeting audiences in Pakistan and the UAE, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand visibility and driving customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Google Ads, and PPC platforms, focusing on performance marketing for the Pakistan and UAE markets.
- Oversee daily content creation, scheduling, and audience engagement on all platforms, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand voice.
- Design and manage paid advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Tik Tok Ads, Google Ads, and PPC) to maximize reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and make data-driven adjustments to optimize ROI and meet established KPIs.
- Collaborate with content creators and influencers on Tik Tok and Instagram to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives and landing pages for Google Ads and PPC campaigns to improve click-through rates and overall conversions.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and PPC to ensure campaign effectiveness.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with hands-on experience in managing Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Tik Tok Ads, Google Ads, and PPC marketing.
- Demonstrated success in executing social media and paid ad campaigns targeting audiences in Pakistan and the UAE.
- Proficient in content creation, data analysis, and reporting using tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other relevant analytics platforms.
- Experience collaborating with influencers, particularly on Tik Tok and Instagram, is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns concurrently while balancing short-term actions with long-term strategy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for creating engaging content.
- Days: Monday to Saturday
- Hours: 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM
- Competitive salary range of PKR 60,000 - 100,000 (commensurate with experience).
