Job Overview: Cadiode is seeking an experienced and motivated Social Media & PPC Marketing Manager to oversee and optimize our marketing strategies across social media and PPC platforms. The ideal candidate will have a blend of skills in social media management, performance marketing, and PPC advertising, with experience specifically in the Pakistan and UAE markets. This role offers a dynamic and collaborative environment with growth opportunities for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and manage strategic social media marketing campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, and Google Ads.
- Oversee PPC campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Bing, focusing on driving traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Create, schedule, and manage daily content and interactions on social media platforms to maintain consistent brand communication.
- Conduct detailed keyword research and audience targeting to optimize ad performance.
- Analyze and report on campaign data, using metrics like CTR, conversion rates, and CPA, and make data-driven decisions to improve ROI.
- Collaborate with content creators, influencers, and internal design teams to produce high-quality, engaging ad creatives.
- Perform A/B testing for ad creatives and landing pages to enhance campaign results.
- Stay updated on regional trends, platform best practices, and new features to ensure campaign success.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in social media marketing and PPC management targeting Pakistan and UAE markets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Tik Tok Ads, Google Ads, and Bing Ads.
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and similar analytics platforms.
- Experience in influencer collaboration for social media expansion, especially on Tik Tok and Instagram.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage various campaigns simultaneously.
- Google Ads certification is a plus.
- Competitive salary: PKR 60,000 - 100,000 based on experience.
