Job Summary:
Cadiode is looking for a skilled and results-driven Social Media Marketing Manager with expertise in managing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, and Google Ads. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in social media marketing, specifically targeting audiences in Pakistan and UAE. You’ll be responsible for crafting, executing, and optimizing campaigns that engage and grow our digital presence across these key platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media marketing strategies across Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, and Google Ads, focusing on performance marketing for Pakistan and UAE markets.
- Manage daily content creation, scheduling, and interactions on all platforms, ensuring consistent and engaging brand communication.
- Create and optimize paid advertising campaigns (including Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Tik Tok Ads, and Google Ads) to maximize reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Analyze campaign data and performance metrics, making necessary adjustments to improve ROI and meet KPIs.
- Collaborate with content creators and influencers for Tik Tok and Instagram to expand brand visibility.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives and landing pages for Google Ads to enhance click-through rates and conversions.
- Stay updated on platform-specific trends and best practices to ensure optimal campaign performance.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in social media marketing with hands-on experience managing Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Tik Tok Ads, and Google Ads.
- Proven success in managing social media and paid ad campaigns targeting both Pakistan and UAE markets.
- Strong skills in content creation, data analysis, and reporting using tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other social media analytics platforms.
- Experience working with influencers, especially for Tik Tok and Instagram, is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, balancing short-term actions with long-term strategy.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling copy and content.
- Competitive salary: PKR 60,000 - 100,000 (based on experience).
