Zikra Infotech LLC is seeking a skilled and proactive Digital Marketing Specialist - Healthcare to lead and enhance our digital marketing strategies in the healthcare sector. In this role, you will drive the execution of impactful healthcare marketing campaigns, manage content creation tailored to patient and provider audiences, oversee social media channels, and provide data-driven insights to improve performance. You’ll play a key role in maintaining and expanding our healthcare brand’s online presence, ensuring strategies align with industry standards and company goals.
Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Management:
• Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns focused on healthcare, including social media, SEO, and email marketing, to increase patient engagement, brand visibility, and conversions.
• Healthcare Content Strategy & Creation:
• Work with the marketing team to develop and deliver informative and patient-centered content for digital channels, ensuring a consistent and trustworthy healthcare brand voice.
• Social Media Oversight:
• Manage healthcare-focused social media channels, including scheduling content, engaging with audiences, and fostering community interaction to enhance brand recognition and patient loyalty.
• Performance Analytics & Reporting:
• Track and analyze the performance of digital healthcare marketing initiatives using tools like Google Analytics, offering insights and recommendations for optimization and continual improvement.
• SEO Optimization:
• Collaborate with the SEO team to optimize website content for improved search rankings in healthcare-related queries and enhance organic traffic targeting patient education and engagement.
• Email Marketing Strategy:
• Support the design, execution, and analysis of targeted email campaigns tailored for healthcare consumers, providers, and stakeholders, ensuring effectiveness and alignment with broader healthcare marketing strategies.
• Cross-functional Collaboration:
• Coordinate with graphic design and web development teams to create visually engaging and health-compliant digital materials that align with the healthcare industry standards.
• Market Research & Trend Monitoring:
• Stay current with digital marketing and healthcare trends, tools, and compliance regulations, applying relevant insights to strengthen and innovate marketing effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 2 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on healthcare, organic strategies like SEO, social media management, and content marketing.
• Skills: Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) and social media management software.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Health, or a related field.
• Healthcare Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an understanding of healthcare audience needs and compliance requirements.
• Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to analyze data and apply insights to drive healthcare marketing strategies and decisions.
