We are currently seeking a Paid Marketing Associate with at least one year of experience in managing Google Ads and a working knowledge of Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram). This role is perfect for individuals who excel in paid marketing campaigns and are eager to grow within a dynamic and collaborative team.
Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage paid marketing campaigns on Google Ads that align with client objectives and drive measurable results.
• Support and manage campaigns on Meta Ads platforms (Facebook, Instagram) as needed.
• Analyze campaign performance data on both platforms and optimize for improved ROI, conversions, and overall performance.
• Handle ad budgets, bidding strategies, and targeting options to ensure cost-effective and impactful campaign delivery. Keep abreast of the latest trends, policies, and tools for Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated marketing strategies.
• Conduct A/B testing on ads, audiences, and strategies to identify top performers.
• Generate detailed reports on campaign performance with insights and actionable recommendations.

Qualifications:

• At least one year of experience managing and optimizing campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Shopping).
• Knowledge and hands-on experience with Meta Ads platforms (Facebook, Instagram) is required.
• Proficiency in Google Ads Manager and Google Analytics.
• Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager is essential.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret performance data and adjust campaigns accordingly.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills. A proactive mindset, eager to learn and grow within the paid marketing space.
