Qualification: BBA/MBA
Experience: 2 to 4 year of relevant experience

Main Accountabilities:

• Assisting in day-to-day hiring of operations.
• Maintaining documents in employee files and issuance of required letters.
• Coordinating on matters regarding employee attendance, turnover, absenteeism, and other operational matters.
• Resolve operations queries on day to day basis.

Competencies & Skills:

• Strong command on MS Office
• Good communication, and interpersonal skills
• Must have strong Knowledge of HR operations
• Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
