Salary Range: PKR 150,000 – PKR 250,000
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Export Manager to lead and oversee our international sales operations. The ideal candidate will develop and execute export strategies, manage client relationships, and ensure compliance with international trade regulations. This role requires a strong understanding of export processes, exceptional negotiation skills, and the ability to manage a diverse client base.
Key Responsibilities

• Export Strategy Development:
• Formulate and implement export strategies to penetrate international markets.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and evaluate potential growth areas.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key international clients, agents, and distributors.
• Resolve any issues related to shipments, contracts, and client inquiries.
• Logistics and Supply Chain Coordination:
• Oversee all aspects of the export process, including documentation, logistics, and timely delivery of goods.
• Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure export timelines are met.
• Compliance and Documentation:
• Ensure compliance with all export laws, trade regulations, and international documentation requirements.
• Prepare and manage all necessary export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and certificates.
• Sales and Revenue Targets:
• Set and achieve export sales targets and revenue goals.
• Prepare and analyze sales performance reports to identify areas for improvement.
• Market Research and Pricing:
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
• Develop competitive pricing strategies for international markets.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or related field. MBA or relevant certification is a plus.
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in export management, preferably in [industry-related field].
• Knowledge of Trade Laws: Strong understanding of international trade laws, export procedures, and customs regulations.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and knowledge of ERP systems.
• Language Skills: Fluent in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
