Golden Salt is a leading producer of high-quality rock salt, proudly owning our own salt mines in Pakistan. We are committed to providing the finest natural salt products for international markets and are expanding our export operations. We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Rock Salt Export Manager to lead and grow our export division.
Key Responsibilities:

• Experience of at least 5-10 years.
• The candidate should have total knowledge and expertise of the process of export of products from Pakistan to the international markets.
• The candidate should have excellent communication skills and should be thorough in English.
• The candidate should have connections in the rock salt and other commodities markets.
• The candidate should be willing to work hard, for long hours and should be capable of working under pressure.
• The candidate should have no issues in traveling and staying in other cities for work.
• The candidate should have experience in selling rock salt products in the international markets
• The candidate should be willing to work when he or she is given tasks other than their domain.
• Identify and target new international markets for rock salt export.
• Manage relationships with international clients, distributors, and partners.
• Ensure compliance with all export laws, regulations, and documentation for global shipments.
• Coordinate with logistics teams for efficient and timely delivery of orders.
• Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activities to maintain competitive positioning.
• Attend international trade fairs, exhibitions, and meetings to promote the company.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in international sales/export management, preferably in the mining or salt industry.
• Strong knowledge of export procedures, regulations, and international trade laws.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong network of international buyers and distributors is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
