Aesthetics Lab is looking for Female Recruiter in Lahore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Use recruiting platforms, social media, and networking to identify and attract potential candidates.
- Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and assess candidate qualifications to ensure alignment with job requirements and company culture.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Track and report on recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate sources to ensure effective recruitment strategies.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- Experience: 1 years of experience in recruitment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Proficiency in recruitment and its platforms.
- Knowledge about Aesthetic industry would be a plus point.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Job Timings: 10 am to 6 pm (Mon to Sat)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
