We are seeking a talented and innovative Brand Manager to lead the execution of brand strategies for Aesthetics Labs by Tibbi. This role is vital for maintaining and expanding our brand's presence in the competitive aesthetics industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to enhance growth and market share for Aesthetics Labs by Tibbi.
Regional Communication: Lead brand communication efforts, including PR, advertising, and digital marketing campaigns, tailored to the aesthetics market in Lahore and Islamabad.
Partnership Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with international partners, influencers, and key industry stakeholders..
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure cohesive and effective brand messaging.
Market Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for brand differentiation and growth in the aesthetics field.
Performance Monitoring: Track brand performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to meet and exceed targets.
Brand Consistency: Ensure consistent representation of the brand across all touch-points, both online and offline, reflecting the core values and identity of Aesthetics Labs by Tibbi.
Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in brand management within the beauty or aesthetics industry.
• Proven track record in developing and executing successful brand strategies and campaigns.
• Strong understanding of the aesthetics market and consumer behaviour.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and creative skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.

Location: New Garden Town, Lahore
Timing & Days: 9 Hours / 6 working days.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs110,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:

• Lahore: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
