Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic plans, and managing a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop Sales Strategies: Design and implement effective sales strategies that align with the company’s objectives and market demands.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets while fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
• Market Analysis: Identify new market opportunities through thorough research and competitor analysis, and adapt strategies to capture those opportunities.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Performance Metrics: Establish clear performance metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of sales initiatives, using data to drive continuous improvement.
• Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs that enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and customer engagement strategies among team members.
• Sales Forecasting: Prepare detailed sales forecasts and reports for senior management, providing insights into trends and areas for improvement.
• Industry Networking: Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company, build connections, and promote our brand in the market.
• Feedback Integration: Implement customer feedback mechanisms to refine sales processes and enhance overall customer experience.
• Collaboration with Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns that effectively communicate product benefits and attract potential customers.

Qualifications:

• Master’s in Business or related field, preferred.
• 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the aesthetics or related industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and market trends.

Timings: 10 to 7pm (Monday to Saturday)
