Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic HR Manager who will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. You will play a key role in building and maintaining a high-performing team that aligns with our core values and strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Staffing: Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Performance Management: Develop and implement performance appraisal systems, and guide managers on best practices.
• Employee Relations: Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture; handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Compensation & Benefits: Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and salary structure to ensure competitive, fair compensation.
• Compliance: Ensure company policies and practices align with legal standards and industry best practices.
• Training & Development: Identify skill gaps and organize professional development opportunities for employees.
• HR Policies: Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and guidelines to staff.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or HR certification preferred).
• Experience: 3+ years in HR roles with at least 1 year(s) in a managerial position.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills; familiarity with HR software and tools.
• Knowledge: In-depth understanding of labor law and HR best practices.

Timings: 10am to 7pm (Monday to Saturday)
