Aesthetics Lab is a fast-growing, innovative aesthetics clinic dedicated to delivering exceptional services to our clients. As we expand, we are looking for a skilled HR Manager to lead our human resources initiatives and create a supportive, efficient, and engaging work environment.
Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic HR Manager who will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. You will play a key role in building and maintaining a high-performing team that aligns with our core values and strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Staffing: Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Performance Management: Develop and implement performance appraisal systems, and guide managers on best practices.
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture; handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions as needed.
- Compensation & Benefits: Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and salary structure to ensure competitive, fair compensation.
- Compliance: Ensure company policies and practices align with legal standards and industry best practices.
- Training & Development: Identify skill gaps and organize professional development opportunities for employees.
- HR Policies: Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and guidelines to staff.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or HR certification preferred).
- Experience: 3+ years in HR roles with at least 1 year(s) in a managerial position.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills; familiarity with HR software and tools.
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of labor law and HR best practices.
