As we continue to expand our portfolio of malls, commercial spaces, and other real estate ventures, we are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our Leasing & Business Development efforts.
Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement leasing and business development strategies that align with the company’s overall growth objectives.
• Business Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including potential tenants, retail brands, and commercial partners, to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Leasing Management: Oversee the leasing process from start to finish, including negotiations, contract management, tenant relations, and ensuring a diverse and attractive tenant mix.
• Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning, ensuring our properties remain top destinations.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including tenants, investors, brokers, and industry partners.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of leasing and business development professionals, fostering a high-performance culture and encouraging continuous professional growth.
• Financial Oversight: Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models to ensure profitable operations and sustainable growth.
• Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on leasing performance, market trends, and business development initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., in Real Estate Management) is preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in leasing, business development, or commercial real estate, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership role. Females are encouraged to apply.
• Skills: Strong negotiation skills, market analysis, financial acumen, and leadership abilities.
• Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the real estate industry, particularly in retail and commercial leasing.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
