Job Description:
Are you passionate about digital marketing and ready to make a significant impact? Join our dynamic marketing agency as a Google / Facebook Ads Specialist! We are looking for an experienced and results-driven person who has proof of previous results managing Facebook and Google Ads results.
This role can be contract or full-time.
Key Responsibilities:
● Develop, implement, and manage Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns for a
variety of clients.
● Analyze and optimize ad performance to meet clients' goals and improve ROI.
● Must have experience creating Look-a-like audiences and A/B Testing.
● Conduct keyword research and use SEO best practices to ensure ads are highly
targeted and effective.
● Implement and manage Google Tags, pixel tracking, and landing page tag
implementation to track and analyze user behavior.
● Provide detailed weekly and monthly reports on ad performance, including insights and
recommendations for improvement.
● Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy and visuals.
● Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising to keep
campaigns current and effective.
● Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide regular updates on
campaign progress.
Qualifications:
● Google Ads certified.
● 2+ years of proven experience with Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
● Demonstrated success in managing and optimizing ad campaigns with verifiable results.
● Proficient in English with excellent communication skills.
● Strong knowledge of Google Tags, pixel tracking, and landing page tag implementation.
● Ability to provide detailed performance reports and actionable insights.
● Availability to work in-office (No remote work).
