Position Overview
Xcentric seeks a creative and skilled Graphic Designer to join our Digital Marketing and Social Media Management team. This role involves designing visually compelling graphics and Making content calendars to enhance our brand's digital presence across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing graphic design skills, creativity, and the ability to translate marketing objectives into engaging visual content.
Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the digital marketing and social media teams to create high-quality graphic content that aligns with our marketing strategies and brand guidelines.
• Design visual content for a variety of digital platforms, including social media, websites, email campaigns, and digital advertisements.
• Translate marketing and social media strategies into creative design solutions that capture attention and convey messages effectively.
• Manage multiple design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing and social media.
• Provide creative input and suggestions to enhance digital marketing campaigns and social media engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 2 years of Experience in the relevant field.
• Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, Video Editing) and other graphic design tools.
• Excellent understanding of visual composition, color theory, and typography.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate design concepts effectively.
• Proven graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing skills in digital content creation.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in digital marketing or social media content creation is a plus.
