Job Description:
We are seeking a versatile **Graphic Designer/Social Media Manager** to design high-quality visuals and manage our social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating eye-catching designs for our website, social media posts, and promotional materials while ensuring consistent and engaging content across all social channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design creative graphics for social media posts, website, and marketing campaigns.
- Manage and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, and Tik Tok, ensuring consistent branding and tone.
- Develop social media strategies to increase engagement, followers, and drive sales.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns that promote products, special offers, and brand storytelling.
- Stay updated on design trends, beauty aesthetics, and social media best practices.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments, and manage community engagement.
- Track and report on social media metrics to evaluate performance and suggest improvements.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a **Graphic Designer** with a strong portfolio of social media designs.
- Proficiency in design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok) and their best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to write engaging captions.
- Ability to create and manage a social media calendar.
- A keen eye for beauty, skincare, and aesthetic trends is a plus.
- Time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs65,000.00 - Rs85,000.00 per month
