Job Description:
Enza Home, a leading Turkish furniture brand with a strong presence in Pakistan, is looking for a talented and creative Graphic Visualizer to join our dynamic team in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to bring ideas to life across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:

• Craft Engaging Graphics: Design visually appealing graphics for both print and digital platforms, including marketing materials, social media content, and website visuals.
• Design Elements: Ensure the creation of captivating compositions by incorporating various design elements such as text, illustrations, photos, and colors.
• Concept to Creation: Transform concepts and ideas into visually stunning representations that effectively communicate messages to our audience.
• Campaign Artwork: Design artwork for outdoor advertising, showroom branding, catalogs, and flyers.
• Video Production: Capture high-quality videos with clear audio and smooth footage, followed by editing to produce polished and impactful final products.
• Animation and Motion Graphics: Create animated videos and motion graphics to enhance storytelling and elevate our brand presence.
• Collaborative Brainstorming: Work closely with team members to brainstorm ideas and develop creative concepts that align with our brand's vision.
• Industry Trends: Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and AI tools in graphic design, and implement them as needed.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business goals and objectives, ensuring design efforts align with overall company strategy.
• Additional Tasks: Undertake any additional tasks as requested by the Marketing Manager.

Requirements:

• Experience: 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
• Knowledge: Basic understanding of photography, videography, and AI graphic tools.
• Portfolio: Candidates must submit a portfolio showcasing a range of work, including print and digital designs, video editing, and motion graphics.
• Work Environment: Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain a positive attitude while working independently or within a team.
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Communication: Strong communication skills to effectively convey design ideas and collaborate with non-designers across the organization.
