Salary: Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 60,000 per month
Experience: Minimum 2 years in Horticulture Landscaping
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Horticulture (or related field)
Job Responsibilities:
Landscape Design and Development:

• Plan and design horticultural landscapes for various projects, including residential, commercial, and public spaces.
• Oversee the installation and development of plants, trees, and other landscape elements, ensuring optimal aesthetics and functionality.

Plant Care and Maintenance:

• Ensure the health and vitality of plants, trees, and shrubs through regular monitoring, pruning, fertilization, and pest control.
• Develop maintenance schedules to keep landscapes in optimal condition throughout the year.

Project Management:

• Lead and supervise landscape teams, providing guidance and technical expertise in the execution of horticultural tasks.
• Plan and manage landscape projects from inception to completion, ensuring that timelines and budgets are adhered to.

Client Relations and Consultation:

• Work closely with clients to understand their landscaping requirements and provide expert advice on plant selection, garden layouts, and sustainable practices.
• Prepare detailed reports and updates for clients, ensuring transparency and satisfaction.

Sustainable Practices:

• Implement environmentally sustainable practices in landscape design, including water conservation techniques and the use of native plants.
• Ensure compliance with local environmental regulations and sustainability guidelines.

Team Supervision and Training:

• Manage and train horticulture staff and landscape workers, ensuring proper safety and technical standards are maintained.
• Provide ongoing development opportunities for team members in horticultural techniques and landscape management.

Innovative Solutions:

• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in horticulture and landscape design.
• Recommend new plant species, landscape techniques, and innovative solutions to enhance the quality of projects.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Horticulture or a closely related field.
• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in horticultural landscaping, with a strong background in plant care, landscape design, and project management.

Skills:

• Proficient in landscape design tools and software.
• Strong knowledge of local plant species, soil conditions, and climate factors.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month

• Horticulturist: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• PEC or any certificate of Horticulturist (Preferred)
