Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Officer at Raaziq International PVT LTD in Lahore. The Human Resources Officer will be responsible for HR management, implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, developing job descriptions, and ensuring compliance with HR regulations and standards on a daily basis.
Qualifications
- HR Management, HR Policies, and Human Resources (HR) skills
- Experience in employee relations and job description development
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP or PHR) is a plus
- 1-2 Years
