Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an HR Executive located in Karachi. The HR Executive will handle daily HR tasks, including recruitment, training, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of HR functions, processes, and labor laws
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Previous experience in HR roles is preferred
- Experience in processing EOBI, SESSI, and handling claims.
- Ability to manage health claims-related matters.
- Experience in resolving employee grievances.
Location: Karachi, Pakistan
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
