Xclusive Trading Inc. is looking to hire "HR Manager/Head" for its back office "Robust Support & Solutions".
We're a US based Telecommunication company which was created as a single retail store, in 2008, which sold pre-paid phones and accessories. Since then, Xclusive Trading Inc. has grown with the wireless industry and progressed into a dominant, national provider of wireless services and retail partnerships with Metro By T-Mobile, having 300+ retail stores, headquartered in Houston.
Robust Support & Solutions (Our Back office) Location: PECHS, BLOCK 6, Karachi
Job Timings: 8PM to 5AM (Pakistan Time) – Six days a week – Monday till Saturday.
Responsibilities include;

• Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
• Managing and leading the recruitment and selection process
• Nurture a positive working environment
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs300,000.00 per month
